Need to return an item? We have all been there so, for any reason, you may return your order to Clothing Shop Online within 100 days of the purchase date subject to the Return Policy below:

RETURN POLICY

  •  Goods must be purchased within the last 100 days.
  • We only allow 1 return per order, so be sure to inspect the garments before submission.
  • A Return Authorization Number is REQUIRED for all returns. Our warehouse can’t accept returns without a valid return number.
  • Masks and all other final sale items are NOT eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Clothing Shop Online can’t accept returns on worn, printed, washed, or decorated merchandise. You are responsible for inspecting the garments before performing any alterations or embellishments.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • We now offer Checkout+ to help you unlock free returns for $1.98. By paying $1.98 now on your order, you will qualify for a return at no extra cost, allowing you to maximize your return by avoiding higher return handling and shipping fees.
  • If you don't opt to pay the $1.98 fee now, you can still make a return, but you will be responsible for the cost of the handling fee.
  • We always recommend keeping your proof of postage receipt or tracking details until the Return Authorization process is complete.
  • All refused/return shipments are subject to outbound freight charges and return freight charges. To avoid a delay in processing or the risk of a lost return, we advise against refusing your order from the carrier. Be sure to obtain a Return Authorization number before sending back any portion of your order.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT

Easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Visit clothingshoponline.loopreturns.com and enter your order number and the zip code. Select the items for return that you do not want to keep.
    • Only select 1 return reason to avoid processing errors and delays!
    • When processing an Exchange, be sure to select the size and color. The system will not default to the size of your original order.
    • If you return defective merchandise, please use a piece of tape to indicate the location
  2. An email confirmation will be issued upon completion with the return instructions including the Return Authorization number, return address and prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
    • Returns placed on ‘Review’ will be processed within 24-48hrs. Once approved, a shipping label is provided
  3. Once we receive your returned items, the replacement order is shipped, and tracking will be provided.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

    • Only select 1 return reason to avoid processing errors and delays!
    • If you return defective merchandise, please use a piece of tape to indicate the location
  2. An email confirmation will be issued upon completion with the return instructions including the Return Authorization number, return address and prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
    • Returns placed on ‘Review’ will be processed within 24-48hrs. Once approved, a shipping label is provided
  3. Once we receive your returned items the replacement order will be issued
    • Once we receive your returned items, we will initiate a refund. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be completed.

 

WHERE TO SEND YOUR RETURN MERCHANDISE

  • The Confirmation email contains a link to a USPS prepaid label. Kindly click on the link to print the return label and adhere to the instructions included.
  • An order can ship from any one of our many warehouses in the United States, products from the same order are often shipped from different warehouses. This does not affect your shipping cost but can require the order to be delivered in multiple packages and returned to different warehouses, for this reason a return address is provided once a Return Authorization number is issued.

  • Use the View your Return link provided in your email confirmation to reach The Return Status Page.
